1. Processing and Dispatch Time

  • All domestic orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.

  • Please note that orders placed on weekends or during public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

2. UK Delivery Options & Costs

We offer fully tracked domestic shipping services to ensure your items arrive safely. Delivery timeframes apply from the day of dispatch:

3. Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)

Avoid shipping fees and pick up your order directly from our London flagship store:

  • Location: 37 Floral Street, London, WC2E 9DJ.

  • Timeline: Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours.

  • Process: You will receive a "Ready for Collection" email. Please bring a copy of this email (digital or printed) and a valid photo ID when you come to collect your items.

4. Courier Partners & Tracking

  • We partner with trusted UK couriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri, to provide comprehensive tracking from our store to your doorstep.

  • You can track your parcel's journey using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving the email for the tracking link to update.

5. Delivery Areas & Restrictions

  • We deliver to all addresses across the UK, including the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Isles of Scilly. Please note that deliveries to remote offshore locations may take an additional 1 to 2 business days via Standard Tracked Delivery.

  • We are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses due to courier safety restrictions.

6. Missing or Delayed Parcels

While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional courier delays can happen.

  • If your parcel has not arrived within 3 business days after the estimated delivery date, please check the tracking link for any updates from the courier.

  • If you require further assistance, please contact our support team with your order number, and we will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
