1. Orders & Products

  • What types of clothing do you specialize in? We specialize in high-quality, elegant women's fashion, including our signature flowing maxi dresses, tiered dresses, elegant tops, and premium T-shirts.

  • How do I know which size to order? We provide a detailed Size Guide on each product page to help you find your perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, or you can contact our support team for personalized advice.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Because our team works quickly to pack and dispatch your items, we usually cannot modify or cancel an order once payment is finalized. Please double-check your sizing and shipping address before completing your purchase.

2. Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept major Credit & Debit Cards at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Discover, and Diners Club. Please note that we do not accept digital wallets (like Apple Pay), PayPal, or bank transfers.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Do you ship internationally? Yes! We proudly ship worldwide from our London hub, with dedicated shipping routes to the United States, Europe, and beyond.

  • How long will it take to get my order?

    • UK Standard: 2 to 4 business days.

    • UK Express: Next business day (if ordered before 2:00 PM GMT).

    • US Standard: 5 to 8 business days.

  • Can I track my package? Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel's journey.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy?

    • Online orders: You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of a return, and another 14 days to mail the items back.

    • In-store purchases: Items can be returned within 28 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

  • How long do refunds take to process? Once we receive and inspect your returned items, approved refunds are processed back to your original credit or debit card within 14 days.
